Contactless Check-ins - 24-Hour Room Entry

Check-in Time: 4pm - or anytime after
Check out Time: 11am
Direct key-code access to your room - no additional check-in process
Similar to an Airbnb

Guest Support

Limited On-site Staff - No traditional lobby or 24/7 staff
24/7 Guest Support - Easily text or call
Guest Supply Room - Extra supplies, games and more

Property Amenities

Bear Lake Beach Access - Across the street from the motel. Lifejackets are provided on the beach.
Pickleball and Basketball Courts - located 1 block from the motel. Equipment is provided.
Classic Games and books - Grab Yahtzee, Uno, Dominos, or a Coloring Book.
Seasonal Pool - NOT YET OPEN!
Community Yoga - Summer Saturdays at 9:30 am in front of the motel. Mats available.
Mural Wall - Take a selfie by our growing mural wall.

Ice, Ice, Babes

No Fancy Ice Machine - We don't have a traditional hotel ice machine (because they are over $5k, and we are just starting up.)
Chest Freezer - Help yourself to our chest cooler with ice scoop in front of the Guest Supply Room

Communication after Booking

Immediately after booking - Email confirmation. If you don't receive your confirmation, please contact us.
3 days Before Arrival - Email and text message with check-in overview
8 am Day of Check in - Email reminder with check-in instructions
30 mins before Check in - Text message with your Room Access Instructions and Wifi Info

*If you book less than 3 days before your arrival you will still get all communication*

Parking - 1 car per room is allowed and cars should park in front of their room

Cancellation Policy

Cancel within 48 hours of booking to receive a full refund if the cancellation occurs at least 5 days before check-in
Cancel at least 30 days before check-in to get a full refund
Cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in to get a 50% refund
Cancel less than 14 days and receive only a cleaning fee of $35 refunded
